Changed

• Expired fragment cache entries are deleted when the store is opened. Before, they were only hidden, so a page that was rarely written kept every query-string variant it had been asked for.
• in: with an empty path fails to compile. Use '/' for the home page.
• The Clockwork page's Newer and Older buttons show as disabled at the ends of the list.

Fixed

• The Clockwork page only opens a request id that its list contains. The id is no longer used to build a file path unchecked.
