Added

• Str::quote(), Str::className() and Num::intdiv().
• phlat registry:rebuild shows a progress bar. The total is counted from the page folders on disk.

Changed

• Page::next() and Page::prev() find the neighbouring page from the registry's sibling paths instead of loading every sibling. Page::siblings() leaves the page out by path.
• A virtual page made with App::page($uri, $data) takes its content from the data it was given.
• App::$request is read-only.

Removed

• App::bind(), App::make() and App::$dependencies. An addon creates its own objects in index.php.
• App::trigger(). Use Hx::trigger().
• Page::slug(), Page::folder() and Registry::all().
