Added

• partial=true in a registry query makes each search= word match as a prefix, so search=regis,partial=true finds registry. It combines with fuzzy=true.
• Image options accept bare flags: w=100,h=100,crop is the same as crop=true. Presets can contain flags too.

Changed

• Calling an unknown method on a page, user or item now throws BadMethodCallException instead of returning null. Callable fields such as $page->comments('limit=3') still work.
• Removed App::get() and App::__invoke(). Use $app->make('name') in place of $app('name').
