Added

• Str::asciiSlug() - an ASCII-only slug for external identifiers (e.g. a search index document id), falling back to a hash for strings with no ASCII transliteration (CJK, Cyrillic, etc). Unlike Str::slug(), which is Unicode-aware and keeps accented/non-Latin letters.
• Vendored qbixserver, a PHP web server, as an experimental local dev server alternative.

Fixed

• App::__construct() now throws if the given path has no pages/ directory, guarding against passing the project root instead of the site root.
• qbixserver: header/session delivery under standalone dispatch, and false 403s on directories and the PHP index file.

Changed

• Str::replace() is now case-insensitive by default (str_ireplace), with a new $caseInsensitive parameter to opt out.
