<p>File-type guards tighten - icons are never treated as resizable images, and forcing an image type on a non-image file now fails loudly.</p>

PageFiles::isImageMime() also excludes .ico files (image/x-icon, image/vnd.microsoft.icon) from being treated as resizable images, alongside SVG - neither is rasterizable by Intervention's GD/Imagick drivers.
PageFiles::build() now throws UnsupportedMediaTypeException when a caller forces $isImage: true on a file that doesn't actually sniff as an image, instead of silently building a PageImage for whatever the file is.
