Added

• Draw layers on image variants. $image->drawLayers([...], 'w=1200,h=630') and $image->draw($layer) draw rect, ellipse, line and text layers over the variant. Positions and sizes take px or %, and a negative x or y counts from the right or bottom edge. A layer can be a string, the name of a preset, or an array merged into the layer before it for values that shouldn't be escaped into a string.
• Image option strings accept quoted values, and commas inside them are kept.
• boolean and select fields have new editing controls.

Changed

• The admin tree has a compact filter, a section toolbar and a statusbar, and overlays, headings and boxes share one style.
• Admin assets are served from the admin page.

Removed

• data:migrate and collection:migrate. Older layouts are no longer reported by registry:check or health:check.
