v0.2.3

registry:check gains drift detection and a --heal flag, and the reactive heal added last release now keeps the field index in sync too.

28 September 2026
Added
registry:checknow compares every on-disk page against the registry and reports missing (on disk, no registry row), stale (registry row out of date), and orphaned (registry row, no page on disk) drift.registry:check --heal- fixes missing/stale rows and removes orphaned ones automatically; malformedindex.jsonand duplicate/missing UUIDs are still report-only, since those need a human decision. Without--heal, unhealed drift now fails the command.
Fixed
App::healRegistry()now also reindexes the field index alongside the registry - a reactive heal previously fixed the registry row but leftfield_index/search_indexstale, since a direct heal bypasses thepage.update:afterhook that normally keeps both in sync.
