Added

• deploy.php runs registry:rebuild before deploy:symlink, so the new release switches over with a registry ready. Skip it with dep deploy -o skip_registry=1.

Changed

• The registry lives in site/data/storage/registry.{schema}.{n}.db. A schema change builds the next file from disk while the old one keeps serving, then swaps. registry:rebuild does the same, and the old registry.db is no longer read.
• theme-picker posts the choice to p('options')->url('theme') and navigates back to the page. The action, duration and attrs params are gone.
• The options route answers an htmx post with Hx::redirect() to the referrer instead of an empty 204.
• The README quick start uses composer create-project phlat/template.
