Added

• docker:publish-dev builds phlat/Dockerfile and pushes it tagged with the short commit SHA and latest. It refuses a dirty working tree.

Changed

• compose.yaml pulls git.cohere.digital/phlat/frank:latest instead of building phlat/.
• phlat/Dockerfile is based on frankenphp:php8.4-alpine. The pgsql extension is dropped (pdo_pgsql stays), and git and ssh come from apk.
• phlat/Dockerfile.dist drops the pgsql extension.

Fixed

• App::resolveField() stopped passing underscore-prefixed context keys (_uuid, _path, _page) to the fieldtype after the v0.3.4 override fix. The collection, blocks, stack, object and file fieldtypes read their owner from those keys. They are merged back into the options.
