deploy.php is now a generic Deployer example, with the site-specific setup in deploy.env.php.

Added

  • deploy.php settings phlat (how the phlat CLI is run) and php_restart (how PHP is restarted). Defaults are cd {{release_or_current_path}} && php vendor/bin/phlat and sudo systemctl reload php8.4-fpm; override them in deploy.env.php for containers or other runtimes.

Changed

  • remote_user and http_user moved from deploy.php to deploy.env.php.
  • The registry:rebuild, cache:clear and php:restart tasks use the phlat and php_restart settings instead of hard-coded Docker commands and paths.

Removed

  • The deploy:site task and the site_repository and site_branch settings. site/ is part of the release clone.
