<p>The login URL comes from the mounted login page, and the PHP memory limit drops to 64M.</p>

auth.login is gone from phlat/config.json. The admin login controller and router use the login page's own URL, and SessionRoot::requireLogin() and the logout routes redirect to @admin/login unless auth.login is set in the site config.
phlat/php.ini sets memory_limit=64M, down from 1024M.
