PageSource
A page whose children come from somewhere other than pages/ - an API, a database, a file.
Its bound
view class implements this, and `child()`, `App::resolve()` and the admin then build each child from
record(). A sourced page is never in the registry; once an editor saves one it gets a folder that holds
only its view's fields, and anything else in the record keeps coming from the source.
