Changed

• SessionRoot::throttle($key, $max, $window) counts an attempt and checks it in one statement, and returns whether the attempt is over $max. isThrottled() is gone. Rate limits are kept in SQLite.
• The registry has a unique index on (path, type). A uuid found at two folders raises ConflictException, which registry:check reports. A rebuild keeps the first folder walked and logs the rest.
• Search and field index rows are removed by a trigger when their registry row goes.

Fixed

• Text draw layers align correctly and use the default font when none is set.
• The admin tree's action bar and filters sit beside the title, with one shared toolbar button and a single actions slot.
